Leaving on a Jet Plane...Tomorrow

Three legs are better than one.

And the first thing after packing up all the class stuff is what will I knit? I am dying to knit as I have had to lay off the stuff all week. I will have to wait until Sunday, in Denver, to pick up the needles, ending my requisite week of convalesence.

Brooke wants me to knit her some thong socks to have something to keep the feet from sticking to the plastic Croc sandals that she wears. O yes there are thong sock patterns available free on the internet, and so much sock yarn leftovers lying around here, that who am I to pass up this challenge?

I gave her the choice of which kind she wanted. Her choice? One of each.

I am liking the last one best, as there are no toes at all. I think a few dozen pairs would use up all the leftovers I have. Quel fantastique!
