ReCycling and QAYG

I made this quilt, Print Parade #4, back in 2009, along with five others. I put it away in my closet until this week when I realized that I could take off the binding and make it into a larger quilt, by the Quilt As You Go method.
And here is the first round of sections to be quilted onto the finished center part.

This is so fun! At this point it is about 48" square.  I used a minty green background and lots of pinks and oranges, since the main part had those featured. One or more rounds after this and it will become a big quilt! It's practically an instant quilt!
