I was delighted to see my niece Glory as Alice in Wonderland at her high school last night. It was a musical and she sang the lead role SPECTACULARLY. She has the voice of an angel, and it was a big thrill for me to be in the front row, center stage to witness this production. Her stage name is Alyss Larm. Holy cow.
My newest knit...Berroco Pure Merino, my made up as I go kind of pattern, bottom up. I am so relieved that the thing fits. When I blocked it I was sure it was so huge that it might fit The Hulk.
Tough guy Chumley, chewing a rawhide snack. Love seeing that little pearl of a tooth.
Glory is lovely as Alice, err Alyss. I have to give big love for Chumley...he looks like Edward G. Robinson in this picture, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and Dave and the Dawgs!
How fun the musical must have been!
ReplyDeleteI love your sweater!
Your niece looks like you and talent runs in the family.
ReplyDeleteYour niece is so cute and looks like she had a great time.
ReplyDeleteThat last pic deserves to go in a caption contest!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to your niece for her role in the play...isn't it fun to watch the teens, knowing how hard they've worked to put on a production?
ReplyDeleteLove your sweater, you are a fast knitter! Am trying to teach myself to knit and I'm turtle slow:)
Chumley is just too cute!
Oh I have to agree with emprint, your niece looks like you and I can imagine the excitement to see her in that part. I have missed seeing you and knew you must be busy as usual but I guess even more so during this Christmas season. Glad you had the opportunity to see the musical.
