Honestly, I had no warning that I would be making a video when I went to Friday knitting group at the shoppe last week. Never even got to comb my hair (like it matters!) and vroom, we were filming. Obviously I had no prepared script, but you get the picture, more or less.
I guess this video is doing the trick, as people are already signing up. That's nice.
I hope to make some new quilting friends out of this opportunity.

Wow! You did that unprepared? Great to see quilts "live" in the video.
Would love to come and see the demo but it is too far away...

  3. I too live too far away to attend. I love QAYG too, except I struggle with putting the long quilted pieces together with the connector strips as they are difficult to sew them as the quilt gets larger. Any tips or tricks for sewing those long sections together?

  5. DRAT!!! Working on Wednesday, heading to Disney World on Saturday, Sept. 22. I always miss the fun stuff--I'd so like to be there! Maybe they could film it and have a secure pay site where we could view online at a later time...

  9. Loved hearing your voice--it was not what I had expected. Because of the modern way you quilt, and because of your garden, and even though I KNOW it was wrong, I always put an English accent on you. It was a surprise to hear a smooth american voice. LOL

  12. You are good, Girl. It was fun to hear your voice after following you for a couple of years. I too will pay to see and/or download the video from your class. Please make it happen. If I can find their website, I'll write them, too. This would be so much fun!
