Anaheim Chiles are usually the kind of peppers that are roasted and peeled and found in a small round can in the Mexican section of the food store. I use them for Green Chili and Chicken Enchiladas. Since I have three plants I am using them in more dishes lately. Today I chopped them up and put them on pizza. They aren't supposed to be as hot as they turned out to be. I painted them for the color, of course.
This is painting #81 since starting again May 27.
