I am working on a larger canvas these days and making my subjects larger too. I enjoy making them bigger than life and getting their reflections and shadows as shapes. However it takes a bit longer to cover the canvas, which is why this post is later than usual.
I think I will do several of these shining beauties before they become snacks.
Our Asian Pears have become ripe enough to eat and they are fabulous. And we have a bunch of apples which will become pie. Last year August was in the low 100's but this year it is cool and lovely, with 60's at night. A perfect late summer.
