Ummm...Explanations and Excuses
Note: I did not quilt that leaf pattern in Monday's post, it was just a bedspread at Crate and Barrel. Sorry for the confusion.
Note #2: I slept late ( 7:30) which was why the post was late Tuesday. Sorry for the delay.
Note #3: I have to leave early Wednesday and won't have a blog. Sorry to the blog junkies.

Note#4: I worked all day on my new quilt and am stuck so I need a day away from it to think.
But I am REALLY REALLY happy with it so far. I just don't want to goop it up.

    Hope you are doing something totally cool today (not mundane, like going to the dentist).

    I finally have a day where I don't have to go anywhere until 3pm. I don't know how much work I'll get done but still, it's a nice change.

    hi mel, i didn't get a chance to post yesterday so...I really like that needlework pic. What piece is that from? The asian pears have been my dirty little secret for a couple of years. Here in NY they cost about three-something a pound and as you know they are a fistfull so that amounts to a very large purchase. I buy them only because my husband never looks at the grocery bill.He doesn't like them(more for me) so I would probably hear a grumble or two. Have fun at your meeting. Dee
