I made 13 quiltlets and made myself stop or I would never have time to finish them all. Then I went out on the deck in my pj's, with my threads, quilts and a book on cd, Robert B. Parker's Death in Paradise, and hand embroidered the dickens out of seven of the pieces. I'll do the rest today.
I listened to the entire book, (five hours) and finished just in time to take a shower, and get dressed before DH came home.
The day was sunny but not hot, and the flowers were blooming and I had not one second of stress to deal with. This is heaven.
