So Many More Attic Quilts

Pinwheels on Parade
2003
18.5x17.5"
Hand dyed cottons, fused, hand embroidered with hand dyed perle cotton thread, hand and machine quilted. $250 Email me.
If you took my class in 2003 you saw this in person. It was all about how to cut these shapes. Sharp, small scissors.

And fancy rotary cutter blades. The ferns were made with the deckled edged blades. The fancy bladed scissors didn't work on fabric, only paper.

Some very tiny dots. Again made with small sharp scissors.

Dandy Diamonds

I was just starting to fall in love with pastels, sweeeeeet!

  6. I saw your blog listed on a blog and stopped by to visit...your quilts are fantastic. I have never had the skill or patience for quilting, but I will send the link to my daughter in law who loves to quilt. I love your bright colors and contemporary fell. I think I'll make a cup of coffee and linger here a bit. Your work is just beautiful!
