Holding Pattern

We have had freezing temps, but only for a short time, and nothing has been harmed. I got up at 3:30 to check the temperature, as if I could do anything to change it, and it was 38 degrees. I continued to check it several times, not being able to sleep. As it got closer to dawn, it descended until at 5 am it reached 32F. Since I was awake...I cast on a new knit.
I think we may have passed this freeze warning unscathed. Fingers crossed.

  2. Are you at the bottom of a valley? If you're at least on a slope, you're a little better off. Fingers crossed for you too!

  3. Always coldest before dawn. Hopefully it's over, but will be worrisome for awhile I'm sure. Knitting always takes my mind off of everything else.
