  1. Thanks for posting your Machine Quilting book! I was able to access it today. This is something I need to learn and have not devoted the time to, yet. But I will, and will use your guide to help. Thanks again,

  3. Thanks so much!

(Psst...um, you spelled my name wrong; it's "Priscilla," not "Melissa.")

  6. Thanks for sharing your designs and advice!
We all hate to "practice", but that's what those charity quilt projects are for.

  9. Melody and Priscilla-- Thanks for the free motion design book it comes at a good time since I have been looking at some table runners and a wall quilt ready to be quilted. I made some practice samplers so this Sunday when I leave for my week long sewing retreat I will practice and get those projects done.
    Thanks again.

  10. It is NOT Priscilla, it IS Melissa who posted the book on her site for me. Priscilla was making a joke about being my new best friend on earth.

  13. Oh my gosh. Yes, I *was* making a joke. I had no idea that I'd accidentally mislead all you good people. Imagine my embarrassment. I'm terribly sorry!

Both Melody and Melissa are marvels.

  14. Melody, thanks so much for this treasure. While some designs look near impossible for me to master, there are the simple ones that will boost my moral.

So, I'm going to put in a few hours of practice . . . .

  16. Really, Mrs. Mel, how did you know I've recently been trying to learn FMQ? Me and Puff-Affy, my old sewing machine, are coming to terms with my practicing. Thanks so much to you and Melissa for making your booklet available.
