Three Peppers

Three Peppers Sold

My new canvases arrived today and I got to try painting something not square. This 8x10 size has benefits of being a vertical or horizontal rectangle. Pretty neat for a variety of compositions.
The peppers were still in the studio, which is turning into a veritable vegetable bin these days. I forgot about the yellow pepper in the fridge, so I got that up here too and put them all on a piece of hand dyed cotton that has a Southwest flavor. Ole!

    Hi Melody,

    I love all these paintings! The green peppers look as if I could reach in, snatch and eat them!

    My humble suggestion for a new painting: maybe an eggplant and cauliflower?
