Separated At Birth
I sometimes get comments that make me search for the blog or website of the commentor. Yesterday I found my knitting twin. She makes the same stuff I make. Like her brain and mine think the same things. Colorwise, mitered knitting wise, make up our own design wise and stuff like that. How wonderful and weird to see the sweater I planned to make next already finished in two different colorways, even before I picked up the needles!
She crochets too. I don't. But I am not holding that against her. I am so delighted to have found Ellene. And inspired.
Take a look at her Flicker pictures.

Most definitely, but her crochet pieces are AWESOME, no 'ordinary' pieces there. I wonder how anyone finds the time to crochet such huge pieces? Not once in a lifetime, but many times in a lifetime!

Re: Soft brown socks.... think chocolate or coffee. Like dipping tootsies in warm cocoa but without the mess! As to the progress on the strippy quilt, I love it! Saturated colors rock. ~B~

  3. Wow, Mel! I am humbled! I love your quilts soooo much! I don't remember now how I found you but have been subscribing to your blog for a while and just FEAST on your color work!

BTW, I had no idea people were looking at my Flickr photos! I just thought it was the way to get my photos uploaded for Ravelry.

Great - another thing to use for procrastination!
