Instant Summer!

Just one hot afternoon was all it took to bring out the petals. It was over 80 degrees yesterday and we spent all of it outdoors.

The rain waited until midnight, which was absolutely perfect, just like Camelot.

We are dressing up our house for some curb appeal. I will send in these new pics to our realtor and make them change the listing. So much nicer than the winter shots.
