For all the Foodies in the Audience

Salmon, asparagus, yellow peppers and shredded parsnips en papillote
I was so ravenous I could barely focus my camera before I dove into this delicious entree. The salmon was so moist and perfectly cooked and had a hint of a sweet glaze that merged with the tender parsnips. It was heaven. The dessert was made of several pieces of unbelieveable chocolates, hand made by Mark La Polla, some with cherries, nuts, nougat and chocolate/cinnamon ganache and all were devoured immediately. No time for photos.
I will try to restrain myself today. NOT.
At breakfast I am trying my darnedest to stick with the fresh pineapple, blueberries, the strawberries that ate Cleveland, homemade granola and the most divine yoghurt. But I am unable to resist this house's special bacon. There are no desciptions that suffice for the flavor of this decadent victual.
At teatime, 2:30 ish, cookies are offered as a respite from the long 45 minutes between meals around here. The macadamia nut cookies are the circumference of basketballs, and the chocolate cookies, well, let's just say they were HUGE.
Good thing I brought my expandomatics.
