Don't Make Me Leave!!

I am at Art Quilt Tahoe, and have FREE INTERNET ACCESS!!! I cannot believe the room I have. This is my bed, which could sleep a family of four,

my TV and desk and chest of drawers,

My other TV in the living room (!!!) and my fireplace and stereo.

My bathtub is so deep that I'm glad I earned my Lifesaving Badge.

The elegant shower stall, I should have one of those at home!
A complete kitchen! AS IF!

And a dishwasher in a drawer. I mean really! Am I the luckiest Mel in the world??? And my classroom is top notch which you will see tomorrow. I am as happy as a leetle girl.

  1. There is certainly something to be said for luxery. You deserve it! I am studying all those tile choices and layouts for when I have to go to the design center to make choices for our new home. Good ideas here.

  2. Nice place ya got there, Mel! Just out of professional curiosity, where are you staying? Also, can't wait to see what comes out of the classroom.

  3. Are you even going to be able to drag yourself out of the room to GO to the classrooms. I love that kitchen.

  4. Hey! We're a family of three...we could come and fit with you in your bed! You wouldn't mind, would you?!?! Looks like you'll have a grand time EVEN IF YOU NEVER LEAVE YOUR ROOM. Now the question is, with all the good food and fun people and great art quilting going on, will you ever be IN your room?!
