Collaborating with Jane

Hi Melody,
When I saw your email, my heart skipped a beat. I am so excited!
A year ago, March 20, 2013, I lost my husband of almost 37 years to colon cancer. He was only 58. When I saw the Moon Beams quilt you made in a previous collaboration, I saw so much of our lives. The yarn bombed tree, the six fern trees (we have 6 children, 7 grandchildren), the moon/sun(!). Well, I just love that quilt! Put a house with a swing behind that beautiful tree, a sun and a singing bird, the falling dots and that is a memorial quilt of our family.
However, I don't want to stem the tide of your creative flow, so please let the spirit move you. :)
1. choices of size ---**18"**

Thank you, Melody for this incredible opportunity!
My best to you and Dave and the dogs as you continue to settle into your lovely new home,

I was so touched by Jane's story about The Moon Beams that I offered to make one just for her, in different colors, and she agreed. SO, we will see what Moon Beams #2 looks like in the coming days.

Please check image links ... nothing is showing up and I would love to see the selections. I'm excited to see this special quilt when it's finished.
