Besides, how many big quilts can you use?!!! DH does the longarm quilting but has enough without mine. So now I have come to realize it is not my role in life to finish anything. I am here to match people and resources so they can create.... that's my story and I am sticking to it. BTW, did I mention I learned to knit so now I can collect other stash building resources?Shirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11618014089501784504noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9291442.post-18124173283616645972011-03-05T10:56:13.078-05:002011-03-05T10:56:13.078-05:00I would imagine most people think the way you do. ...I would imagine most people think the way you do. Most of my customers don't want to see their quilts anymore until they're quilted.
I don't think we should expect that we'll love every step of the art process.Kristihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13823637935554619493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9291442.post-36530852165453723932011-03-05T10:18:12.444-05:002011-03-05T10:18:12.444-05:00I'm with you...it's the process that I lov...I'm with you...it's the process that I love...the actual quilting part not so much! I struggle to do the quilting. I'm NOT a good FMQer, even though I've "practiced" a lot, I just can't relax and enjoy it so I have a lot of tops completed but not quilted. I could take them to my LQS and have the LAer there quilt them but that's expensive. I love putting the binding on.

Take it easy for now. When your body's rested you'll have the energy to get in the studio and create again :)Colleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05012718481371649308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9291442.post-78369902632598680082011-03-05T10:17:34.830-05:002011-03-05T10:17:34.830-05:00I still have quilt tops from my grandmother.
