Why do you leave the creases in your background fabric? Is it for interesting shadows or some other aesthetic? Could loose folds or wrinkles achieve a similar effect? The creases always look to me like yo were in a hurry to set things up to get to the painting.<br />I don't paint, and I'm not a critic, but that's always my first reaction when I look at your paintings.
