I'm just getting back on my fe...I feel for you. I'm just getting back on my feet too. May rule of thumb for cold medications is lots of warm water, steam baths etc. I would only use the medications if I had to go to something. I've read that drying up the passages with meds makes it last longer. So I stick to natural unless I need an antibiotic which I did.<br />Take care.
