I recently purchased some wonderful yarns in wool, mohair, and silk, that are READY TO DYE!!! So now, I can match yarn when I dye fabric. The dyes are slightly different, but I have already experimented with KoolAid dyeing as a lead in to acid dyeing, and my test length turned out well. So, if you're interested (I'm imagining brightly colored yarn hanging around your drying shelves), try out TheWoolPeddler.com. Yippee! More ways to spend money & still need to dye for color!Loganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00678456201317022273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9291442.post-1116501008171660742005-05-19T07:10:00.000-04:002005-05-19T07:10:00.000-04:00When I first opened the page and the unfinished sh...When I first opened the page and the unfinished shawl popped up, I thought

"Holy Cow, she's knitting a beard!"

I wanted to thank you for your Lazy Dyer link. Anything to make the process easier and less "chemically" and we got some great results. It's like everyone else is a hollow replacement and you don't really want to try w/the new ones.

I like the knitting with the striped diamond pattern.Ellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09095739010254230266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9291442.post-1116365260476417172005-05-17T17:27:00.000-04:002005-05-17T17:27:00.000-04:00I REALLY want to learn to knit. I'm tired of crocheting scarves and we can't haul our quilts around with us so easily.

And how sad about Rose. My ex-sister-in-law is one of my closest friends. She even moved within a mile of me after I divorced her brother. We rarely have a reason to discuss her brother and have a friendship that I would never want to be without. I wouldn't have met Townsend without her! So, perhaps you too can still be friends without the middle man.Sonji Hunthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13635126749504933011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9291442.post-1116346489538576572005-05-17T12:14:00.000-04:002005-05-17T12:14:00.000-04:00So sad about Rose.
